Reset Password
If you have forgotten your password, easily you can reset your password available on the login page.
Go to the top right of the DUTYBELL’s homepage, then click on Login, Now enter your username, Must leave blank the password input field, then click on forget the password.
Next you will receive a password rest email from us.
Didn’t receive the reset password email?
Sometimes it may happen due to the server being down or our system does not respond or even happen on system maintenance.
If you have not received the password reset email within 2 hours, kindly check your spam folder. Also, cheak in setting the no-reply@dutybell.com or support@dutybell.com email is added to your safe sender list.
How to change your account’s password
You can change your password whenever you want, details are given below:
First Log in to your account > Go to your dashboard > Go to profile settings > Find change password > Enter your current password, your new password, re-type your new password > then click on Change Password.
Sign up for DUTYBELL using Facebook or Google
When you sign up using the Google or Facebook, no password is created for your DUTYBELL account. Your Google or Facebook login credentials will not work at DUTYBELL account login*
